Project: Australia Post Distribution Facility

Introducing the largest parcel facility and delivery centre in the southern hemisphere - Australia Post’s Redbank Centre.

Construction commenced in 2018, covering almost 10 football fields at Goodman’s Redbank Motorway Estate in the City of Ipswich, Queensland. The completed building featured 48,677 sqm of purpose built warehouse with a further 20,000 sqm in covered awnings and 1,600 sqm of office space.

Over 1,800 tonnes of fabricated structural steel was supplied by Sencova* for this project, with all steel, plates and bolts purchased through the local steel distribution supply chain. Utilising their third party certified quality system to AS5131 standards, Sencova* ensures compliance and traceability of every member.

Using ASI Multiplier Data, this project alone contributed to over 160,000 man hours in related supply chain industries.
